Coconut sable

Ingredients

110 gm Butter
55 gm Icing sugar
55 gm Ground almond
85 gm Cake flour
35 gm Angel hair coconut
20 gm Nestum cereal

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar till smooth.
2. Next add in the rest of the ingredients till fully incorporated.
3. Shape to your liking and freeze before cutting.
4. Bake at 180 C for 15 min.
